You will need the following licenses/certifications to market most Medicare plans:
- Health insurance license
- AHIP Medicare certification (or equivalent from an insurance company)
- Product certification from each insurance company that you will be representing
These certifications need to be updated annually prior to the Medicare Open Enrollment for the upcoming plan year.
